*Wholesale & Reseller Policy*

By purchasing Slurp N’ Chill products for wholesale or resale, you agree to the following terms:

1. Brand Integrity – All products must be sold and represented under the official Slurp N’ Chill brand. You are not permitted to rebrand, relabel, or represent the product as your own. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of your wholesale rights and potential legal action.
2. Logo & Packaging – All products must display the official Slurp N’ Chill logo and approved packaging. Tampering with or removing branding is strictly prohibited.
3. Promotion & Marketing – Any time you promote or sell Slurp N’ Chill products online or offline, you are required to tag and credit the official business page (@Slurp_N_Chill).
4. Pricing & Representation – You may not misrepresent the product or sell it in a way that damages the reputation of the brand. Any pricing adjustments must remain fair and aligned with brand standards.
5. Legal Notice – Slurp N’ Chill reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges at any time if these terms are violated. Unauthorized resale, misbranding, or failure to comply with this agreement may result in legal action.
